Project Description
A Greek-American real estate investor/developer acquired and is currently redeveloping an abandoned beachfront property with the view to re-open it as a 150-room 5-star beachfront resort on the coastal area of Lakonia. Hotellect was engaged to provide debt financing for the redevelopment of the entire project.
