4-star city hotel and 5-star beachfront resort & branded residences in Larnaca, Cyprus

An American real estate investment fund acquired a plot of land in a central location in the city of Larnaca with a view to developing a 4-star 70-key urban hotel and another larger beachfront plot in the outskirts of Larnaca where they will develop a 200-room 5-star beachfront resort with roundly 120 branded residences. Hotellect was engaged to provide support to the fund to secure the right international franchise brands for both projects.
