Cape Tholos mixed-use project in Crete, Greece

Cape Tholos is a mixed-use project located in one of the few pristine areas of Crete, and it will feature a 170-key 5-star resort, approximately 120 branded residences, and a marina. Hotellect was engaged by the client to provide its services in relation to an international brand/ operator for the project, debt financing as well as the search of a strategic co-investor for the project.
